When and Under What Conditions Is It Used?:
Used as top dressing during rapid vegetative development, tillering/stem elongation and hoeing periods.
Application Methods:
Solid granules are broadcast or placed between rows with inter-row hoeing equipment, followed by irrigation.
Application Timing:
During active spring growth and inter-row hoeing periods.
Recommended Dosage:
Maize and vegetables: 50–60 kg/da; cereals: 25–35 kg/da; potato: 90–100 kg/da; trees: 100 g × tree age.
Precautions:
Binding nitrogen within the organic matter matrix minimizes volatilization and leaching losses; irrigation immediately after application is recommended.
